Miss that address on an important police call? Just phone me and I can review the scanner audio stream for the previous twenty minutes to insure you get your photographers on scene. Miss a call? Give me one at 806-353-9484 and I’ll check the recording.

You will not be called about minor wrecks, false alarms  or minor incidents. If I call you, you’ll know its’ probably worth sending a photographer or reporter.

Steve Douglass has been a resident of Amarillo since 1970 and knows the area well. He can direct your reporters to the scene in a timely manor and advise them on any monitored developments.

But more importantly, subscribing to the Reporter’s Edge Monitoring Service is like being able to hire a full-time  seasoned, experienced, professional news producer for only $125.00 a month.

Not a member of the news media and just want to listen to our live streaming scanner audio?  Personal accounts are only $15.00 per month. Subscription does not include breaking news notifications, access to the Reporter’s Edge incident reports or website.
